gemzone Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gemzone – whether through the website, the mobile app on Android or iOS, or any other platform interface – you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using gemzone immediately. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance. These terms are written in English and the English version is the binding version in all cases.

2 Eligibility

To create an account and use the gemzone platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of gemzone or any of its affiliate companies.

gemzone reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to have been created in breach of eligibility requirements may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one active account on gemzone. Duplicate accounts created by the same person are not permitted and will be closed. You are responsible for ensuring all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC)

gemzone applies identity verification procedures in line with standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practices. You may be asked to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address at registration or before processing a withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have access to funds withheld until the process is completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any other person. gemzone strongly recommends enabling biometric login on the mobile app where your device supports it, and OTP verification adds a second layer of protection for logins from new devices. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on gemzone are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine bank transfer and supported local e-wallets. gemzone does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as funding methods for deposits or wagering.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment channel. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method and any pending verification requirements. Funds deposited must be used for gaming activity in accordance with these terms before withdrawal.

gemzone reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and prevent fraudulent activity. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the platform.

5 Gameplay Rules

By placing bets or participating in any game on gemzone, you acknowledge that all outcomes are determined by the game's underlying mechanics and, where applicable, live results. gemzone does not manipulate game outcomes in any way that would disadvantage players contrary to stated odds or game rules.

Individual game rules – including for sports betting, live casino games, slots, eBingo, and poker – are published within the respective game or section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before participating.

• Bets that are placed in error cannot always be reversed. Review your selections carefully before confirming.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts gameplay, the platform will follow its standard recovery procedure. Any affected bets or game rounds will be resolved according to gemzone's internal policy.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing bodies. Late goals, overtime results, and other sport-specific rules are documented within the sports section.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

gemzone may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to registered players. The availability, terms, and conditions of each promotion are specific to that promotion and will be published at the time the offer is made.

General principles that apply to all bonus activity include the following:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Promotions are intended for genuine recreational players. Attempting to abuse or exploit bonus structures is a violation of these terms.

Gaming on gemzone is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a way to generate income, repay debts, or recover previous losses. gemzone does not make any representation that gaming will result in profit for any player.

We are committed to supporting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to:

• Set a fixed budget for each session before opening the platform and not exceed it.
• Take regular breaks and avoid extended single sessions.
• Never chase losses – a losing session is a sunk cost, not a reason to increase bets.

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game bugs, or payment processing vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of organised manipulation of outcomes.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, exploit promotions, or bypass verification requirements.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that contravenes applicable law.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

gemzone monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Investigations may involve reviewing transaction history, gameplay patterns, and account information.

9 Suspension and Termination

gemzone reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Players may also close their own accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed after verification, subject to these terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

gemzone provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gemzone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical failures, delays in processing, or third-party payment channel issues.

11 Privacy
